Remember that NCsoft it's just a distributor for GW.

I don't think many things NCSoft gets for his games would be added to GW. Like that chat servers or this.

RightNow Technologies makes the engine for NCSoft's KnowledgeBase: http://help.ncsoft.com/. I don't quite get how the technology is "embedded" into any NCSoft-related products, though... Sounds more like marketing spin.
